Cancellation Policy

Scheduling All services must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Availability is limited to ensure each client receives intentional, personalized care. Discovery Calls (Free) Discovery calls are complimentary and designed to explore alignment and answer initial questions. • One discovery call per client/family • Must be scheduled in advance • No-shows or repeated cancellations may limit future booking access Payment General Services (Virtual Sessions, Education, Planning) All non-doula services are paid in full at the time of booking. • These services are non-refundable once booked • Rescheduling is permitted with appropriate notice (see below) Rescheduling We understand that life happens. • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice • Late reschedules may result in forfeiture of the session or require a rebooking fee Cancellations General Services: • All services are non-refundable once booked • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture Community Care & Referrals We are committed to accessible, community-centered care. If you are seeking low-cost or fully covered doula support, we are happy to connect you with trusted local programs and initiatives during your discovery call. Communication Primary communication will take place via agreed-upon channels. Response times may vary based on client load and on-call status. Right to Refuse or Refer We reserve the right to refer clients to other trusted providers if services fall outside our scope, availability, or alignment, ensuring you receive the best possible care. Agreement By booking services, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.
