Service Description
This package is tailored for families seeking hands-on, well-rounded support through pregnancy and early postpartum. Prenatal Support Two 90-minute Prenatal Visits Session 1: Birth education, body prep, & comfort techniques (Spinning Babies) Session 2: Birth preferences & support partner training Customized Birth Plan development Access to evidence-based resources & reading lists Phone/text/email support throughout Guidance for preparing the mind, body, and home Birth Support On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks until delivery Full labor support (home + hospital) Use of aromatherapy, massage, breathing techniques, and comfort tools Support for both birthing person and support team Postpartum Support Two in-home or virtual postpartum visits (90 minutes) Debriefing the birth, feeding support, recovery guidance Access to a postpartum planning worksheet
Cancellation Policy
For our Discovery Call, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call will incur a 50% fee. If you miss the call without notice, no refund will be provided, though you may still reschedule for a reduced rate.
